27 weeks Bump watch

Bump update 21-26wks pregnant with twins!!!

The last few weeks have been so crazy!!! Moving into our new home, unpacking, working on projects for the home and exhaustion from this pregnancy.

Fun with the fam!

It's not easy living on the opposite side of the country as our family so we wanted to spend a lot of time with them. Families are like fudge-mostly sweet, WITH LOTS OF NUTS!

Our romantic and much needed Babymoon

What is a Babymoon you may ask-its a romantic getaway before the baby comes. It's definitely something the mommy deserves after all the fatigue, morning sickness, body aches, swollen ankles, etc etc. After months of pleading my case and scouring Priceline for the cheapest hotel Kyle finally gave in. We took off from Orange County and hit the road for Palm Springs (mama needed a tan) We checked into Agua Caliente and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! We also loved skipping around the hotel and saying in a Hispanic accent, "Agua Caliente!" We're so weird! Following checking in we quickly put our bathing suits on and basked in the sun till dinner time.

I missed kissing my man! With all the morning sickness I didn't want to risk it.

Loved this restaurant it was so cute and the food was delish okay now I want to go back!!!

This Babymoon was exactly what we needed! It was filled with sunshine, love, laughter, lots of kissing, yummy food, sunbathing, shopping for our girls, and falling in love again and again and again.

G.N.O Baby Shower

I had a few hours to rest after the first baby shower to change into my evening baby shower dress with some stilletoes because why can't you be pregnant in heels and my best friend of 15 years Shannon Hahn Aka Shanny Wanny came to pick me up. Shanny and my other best friend Jess rented out a private room at a sentimental restaurant for us Mimi's Cafe. When I walked in there were balloons and flowers on the table with hot pink nail polish at every place setting. It was so fun and cute!

Shanny talked my bundt cake into coming- when he walked in and saw that it was all women he immediately needed a drink! Ha ha

Dream baby showers
We've been so beyond excited to fly home for Easter to see all our family, friends, and to go to my baby showers that I've dreamt about for years! My sweet sisters Anne and Becca Boo and my sister in law Erinn drove from Utah, Arizona, and Northern California and that meant a lot! The first baby shower was absolutely perfect! I loved all the little details that were put into this baby shower. I cannot thank the Evans and Lutz girls for all the time and effort that was put into this sweet baby shower. This shower was truly a dream come true!
